If, for any reason, or no reason, you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return it to us with the exception of a sale item, or a copyrighted item, like a book or pattern or needles. You can return anything that's completely unused within 30 days of your purchase for a full refund (exclusive of shipping costs). We must insist that returned items be truly unused and in original packaging except in the case of damage or defect. We suggest you return by insured mail for your protection. Credit will be issued to the original credit card used for purchase, or if you made payment by check we will refund a payment by check. Sorry, shipping charges are not refundable.
Checking on the status of my return or exchange?

You can pay for your online order using VISA, Master Card, a debit card with a VISA or MasterCard logo.
If you would like to pay by personal check or phone order simply select your items using the shopping cart and choose either check or phone order from "Other Payment Type" . We will contact you for your payment information and process your order once we receive your check in the mail.
How do I place an order by phone or mail?
If you call Monday-Friday 11am-6-pm or Saturday 11am-4pm EST you will be able to speak with one of us at the store and we will take your order.

You know how to make the significant other in your life happy? Buy more yarn! You do not have to know the first thing about fiber crafts. Just choose what dollar amount you'd like and we'll send the gift certificate.
If you are placing your order over the weekend, we'll process your order on the next business day. Sorry, we do not offer Saturday delivery for our expedited delivery services.
How will my backorder items ship?
All backordered items will ship Standard Delivery. However, if your entire order is on backorder and you chose an expedited service, the first item will be expedited and the rest will go out Standard Delivery.
After I've placed my order, how long will it take to ship?
We try to ship everything within 24 hours of receiving your order. Orders placed over the weekend will ship the next business day.
All Orders are shipped within 24-48 hrs for all in stock items. Our standard shipping carrier is FedEx Ground , however we will ship USPS Priority upon request. Your shipping and handling charge is based on the total dollar value of your order.
We offer FREE Shipping (via FedEx Ground) for all orders totaling $75.00 or more (for Continental USA customers only).
